VIDAL BLANC 2005
This French-Hybrid white grape was fermented to dryness in neutral French barrels and is best served chilled. While great alone parings with light meals, salads or hors d’Oeuvres make the day.

CHARDONNAY 2005
Our Chardonnay was chilled and pressed immediately after crush, cold fermented in stainless steel tanks and aged in premium French and American barrels. Soft citrus flavors abound with the classic buttery oak expected from a handcrafted Chardonnay. Best enjoyed with a slight chill and paired with spicy fish or fowl entrees, but stands out alone as well.

OZAN REDS
After destemming, Ozan reds undergo extended maceration prior to pressing. Final fermentation, secondary fermentation and racking takes place in stainless tanks with finish aging in American oak barrels.
NORTON GOLD LABEL 2005
An early release Norton has fruit forward black cherry notes and hints of pepper. Enjoy this youthful wine with heavier hors d’Oeuvres and grilled entrees.

SANGIOVESE 2006 "April 2008 Release!"
Classic Italian red wine grapes crushed, vinted and barrel aged at Ozan. This Mediterrean grape is the primary component of Chianti blends. We fermented with regional yeast strains and employed old world techniques for this big Italian red.
MERLOT 2006 "April 2008 Release!"
A French wine grape vinted and barrel aged at Ozan for 12 months.
MERLOT 2006 RESERVE "Fall 2008 Release!"
A reserve style Merlot vinted from select southern vineyards and barrel aged at Ozan 16 months.
