Reservations are always recommended as our hours can be affected by events. Our delightful menu of food is perfect for pairing with our wines. Wine is served by the glass, bottle, or wine tasting flight – 4 wines of your choice delivered to your table for $17 .

Local beginnings! The Patrick’s operated the Alabaster Cash Store serving Shelby County during the 40’s and 50’s as pictured. Groceries of the day purchased for cash or on-credit, and delivered all over Central Alabama. They didn’t even have the internet, orders were received in person, by phone or US mail, and the strongest thing they offered might have been a soda!
Set on 5 acres, Corbin Farms Winery, both cute and quaint, is one of the Southeast’s oldest wineries. We produce and bottle a vast assortment of wines crafted from grapes and fruits grown both in Alabama and unique appellations such as California, Oregon, Washington, New York, Virginia and the mid-west. Join us on to enjoy the winery, food, and experience. As our guest you will also have access to our charming bistro that will delight you with succulent meals and desserts to complement the wine. On warm days, the spacious patio is open for enjoyment, providing vineyard views, music by local artists and breezes with notes of sweet southern scents.

Corbin Farms Winery was founded in 2005, and is located in Calera, Alabama. Since 2017, the winery has been owned and managed by the Corbin family. The Corbin’s are dedicated to providing premium quality products and memorable experiences for customers both local and widespread. Gary, Matt and Carley Corbin are our owners, all of whom are passionate about positive company and community culture. Gary, a former US Army Ranger who was injured on active duty and honorably discharged, has spent most of his career in healthcare and business compliance. Matt and Carley have lived in Shelby County since 2017.
At Corbin Farms our focus is on producing vinifera wines including Cabernet Sauvignon, Merlot, Pinot Noir and others. We partner with top-notch American vineyards in key appellations to bring the highest quality grapes to Alabama where we make all our wines from fermentation through aging, clarification and bottling. We also offer a selection of local fruit wines including muscadine, peach, pear and several others.
